First thing before considering this great pan, measure your oven to be sure it will fit. This pan at it's widest, from handle to handle measures 21 3/8". It may not fit some standard ovens but you can still use it on the grill. The inside measures 18 5/8" long by 10 7/8" wide and it is 3" deep. This pan fits my Kitchen aid oven just fine and it cooks everything nice and even. It is quite heavy so you will need to take care when lifting it and use heavy mits, it gets good and hot. If you love Lodge cookware as I do you will love this pan. I also use it on the stove top on two burners for stir frying or large capacity sauteing and browning. It is a bit narrow for a large turkey but a small one will fit fine or two chickens will work.
