this product is a throw back from things were made to last. heavy duty cast iron that has been seasoned and ready to go right out of the box.I fried some fish outside that melted in my mouth. their is nothing like cooking outside with a set of good heavy duty pots and pans. they just seem to
make everything taste just a little bit better. This brand will not disappoint.

I bought this pan a while ago,and must say,it's great! the Diameter is perfect for pancakes,and they wont stick! Eggs,bacon,everything fries great in this pan,already seasoned is awsome also.Plus you don't have the
chemical,like in those no stick pans.These cast iron pans will last a lifetime!

I am sure this is a good product from the many reviews. I never had a chance to verify though because I couldn't get past the short handle which makes it hard to hold this pretty heavy pan. This is a strange pan unlike the one I grew up with. It "rusts" and never seems to get clean. I wash and oil it but I still don't feel like using it because of the rust smell. Is there such thing as cheap iron, I don't know...I would return it but I didn't keep anything. How can you go wrong with an Iron Skillet but I am not impressed.
