It seems like I pushed the order button and it was at my door INSTANTLY! This little mitt is perfect for my Lodge cast iron pan... Easy to slip on and use. The pan is fantastic too. I use it so much that I just keep it out on my high-tech cooktop! Some old standbys just keep being valuable to us cooks!Customer Review: Not worth the cost

I received this as a Christmas gift (along with a cast iron skillet and lid). The mitt lasted less than a month- it scorched, cracked, and then frayed, even though it was never used at a higher temperature than listed. I have since replaced it with a silicon version I bought at Bed Bath & Beyond and it works much better.Customer Review: Safety

great product.
i mean if your not a moron when you use it, and use common sense it ll do the job.
i can grab things on the stove top or outta the oven with it no problem.
if your concerned, just use a towel or mitt as something extra.
easy cheesy.
